SCHADS pay rates 2026–27

Updated 20 October 2026

These are the minimum hourly rates under the SCHADS Award for the social and community services stream, which covers most disability support work. They apply from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026, after the 4.75% annual wage increase.

The table shows pay point 1 of each level. Each level has several pay points, and the higher ones pay more. Check the Fair Work Ombudsman’s SCHADS pay guide for every pay point.
