What you enter stays on your device
The shifts, rates and payslip amounts you enter into the pay checker are processed in your browser. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
So you don’t lose your work if you close the tab, the checker saves what you’ve entered in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. It’s deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete it any time with Start overunder the result, or by clearing your browser’s site data. If you use a shared computer, click Start over when you’re done.
Advertising and cookies
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads to you based on those visits.
You can turn off personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you email us or join a waitlist, we keep your email address to reply or send the updates you asked for. We don’t sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and reliability.
